Once WorldWarOneHistory.com receives your order, shipping will occur as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours but sometimes within about a week's time or less, depending on availability of books on hand.

Shipping is done via U.S. Postal Service air mail to your final destination choice of "within the Continental United States"
(which means one of the 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii); and "outside Continental United States"
which means every other global destination. Arrival will depend on the distance of the final destination.

WorldWarOneHistory.com accepts returns on the following basis. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just send an email to info@WorldWarOneHistory.com, and we will guide you through the process and supply you with the correct address to which to return the item.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the item you originally ordered, please send an email to info@WorldWarOneHistory.com to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please notify us of your intentions via an email to info@WorldWarOneHistory.com. Then return the original item by following instructions we will email you (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once we receive them. You can confirm receipt of your item by emailing us a confirmation of your shipping information to info@WorldWarOneHistory.com.

Refunds

Since all purchases from WorldWarOneHistory.com are paid by credit card, your refund will be issued to the credit card you used to make the purchase.

You can expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:
• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If the refund does not appear in Your Credit Card Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.
